2. Orders

All orders placed with Direct Sectional Buildings are subject to acceptance and availability. Once an order has been placed, the customer will receive confirmation by email or telephone.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

3. Payments

Full payment, or any agreed deposit, must be received before manufacture or delivery commences unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payments made by finance providers are subject to approval and the finance company’s own terms and conditions.

4. Pricing

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and may be subject to change without prior notice. Prices displayed at the time of order confirmation will be honoured.

Delivery and installation charges may apply depending on location and access requirements.

5. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and may vary due to manufacturing schedules, weather conditions, supply issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers must ensure:

• Suitable access is available for delivery vehicles
• The base area is prepared, level, and ready before installation
• Someone over 18 years old is present to accept delivery where required

Failed deliveries caused by inadequate access or unsuitable base conditions may incur additional charges.

6. Installation

Where installation is included, our fitting team will erect the building on the prepared base only.

The customer is responsible for:

• Groundworks and foundations
• Planning permission where required
• Ensuring site access is safe and suitable

7. Timber Products

Timber is a natural material and may contain knots, grain variation, splitting, warping, shrinkage, sap, or movement due to weather and moisture changes. These are natural characteristics and are not considered faults.

Pressure treated and tanalised timber may vary in colour and appearance.

8. Cancellations, Returns & Bespoke Products

As many of our buildings are made to order, cancellations after manufacture has started may incur charges.

Customers ordering online may have rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations; however, bespoke or made-to-measure products may be exempt from cancellation rights.

Bespoke, customised, and made-to-measure buildings are manufactured specifically to customer requirements and specifications. Once manufacture has commenced, these orders are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled or returned unless faulty.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Custom sizes
• Modified layouts
• Bespoke door or window positions
• Special cladding options
• Non-standard designs or specifications

Customers are responsible for checking all measurements, specifications, and order details before production begins.

Any damages or shortages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

9. Warranty

Direct Sectional Buildings products are manufactured to high standards using quality materials. Any warranty provided covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Storm or weather damage
• Improper maintenance
• Customer alterations or misuse
• Movement caused by unsuitable bases

Customers must maintain buildings in accordance with our care recommendations.

10. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

Nothing within these terms excludes statutory consumer rights under UK law.

11. Product Images & Descriptions

Images, dimensions, and descriptions shown on our website or marketing materials are for illustrative purposes only. Minor variations may occur during manufacture.

12. Privacy

Customer information is handled in accordance with UK data protection laws and will not be shared with third parties except where necessary to fulfil orders or legal obligations.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
