The DSB L Shape Stable Range was created almost 18 years ago due to the high demand from our customers, the design was so simple for us to copy directly from the Barley range and just add the corner unit in any layout possible – the layout can even be incorporated to make a U shaped stable block .The “standard” loosebox is 12 x 12’ and is suitable for most horses up to 16.3HH, but we also offer a 10 x 12’ for ponies and 14 x 12’ for hunters. Of course we can tailor make to any size suitable for your needs – The corner stables offer a generous 17′ x 12’ size – why settle for anything less?All of the DSB equestrian buildings we feature use the ONDULINE roofing system on all of our stables and believe this to be both economic and technically superior to traditional felt-All of our roofs are fully boarded with a 12mm osb3 sheet… The best roof on the market!

Externally Treated Timber

All of our external timber cladding used in the build is externally treated for longevity. Our solvent based preservative is applied to the wood after the construction of the panel to help avoid fungal decay, wood rot and most importantly insect attacks.

Strong Durable Framing

All of the DSB timber garages & workshops are constructed using extra strong 75mm x 50mm (3″ x 2″) stress graded timber framing in all of our garage/workshop building process providing strength and durability. Our roof trusses are the common ‘A’ shape made using a series of 75mm x 50mm (3″ x 2″) to support the roof  keeping the ridge line straight throughout the garage/workshops life span.

Shiplap Weatherboard Cladding

Our quality planed 16mm finished Shiplap cladding is fitted by galvanised ring nails as standard to the frame, we have one other option to upgrade to a more rustic T&G planed feather board – Ask for more information.

Wider Stronger Doors

The DSB timber stable doors measure 2133mm (7′) high x 1117mm wide (3’8″) for an easier access point for your horse. The doors are fully framed with a 16mm TGV faced board and lined on the rear with 9mm plywood, bottom door will have anti chew protection. All doors come with strong galvanised fittings and all kickover and padbolts.

Onduline Roof & Boarding

All of the DSB stables come with the durable black corrugated Onduline as standard laid on to the 12mm solid pre boarded roof panels illiminating sheet sagging. One main advantage, this gives the building ultimate strenght and rigidity.

Full Height Kick Boards

All of the stables, tack rooms and haybarns can now have the walls lined up to the eaves with 18mm OSB3 for extra rigidity and wall protection.

Supreme Windows

You can upgrade your standard DSB stable window to take our Supreme range of window, the window comes with a galvanised guard to the inside for full protection. Prices on POA.

Canopy Lined
